About the Job
Tired of brake jobs and oil changes? We build lifted trucks, Jeeps, show cars, and exotics, and we need a tech who takes pride in doing it right. Torqued to spec, wired clean, aligned before it leaves.
What You'll Do:
- Install lift kits, leveling kits, lowering kits, coilovers, and air ride.
- Run alignments on our Hunter HawkEye after suspension work.
- Mount and balance big wheels and low-profile tires on Hunter equipment, with zero scratches.
- Install brake kits, exhaust, intakes, and bumpers.
- Do 12-volt wiring for light bars, rock lights, and accent lighting, with relays, fuses, and clean routing.
- Tear down and reassemble exotics for our wrap team.
What You Need:
- 3+ years with aftermarket suspension, lifts, and wheel/tire installs.
- Solid 12-volt wiring skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Bonus: welding/fab, air ride setup, Hunter alignment, ASE certs, exotic or show-build experience.
What You Get:
- $29–$38/hr, based on what you can show us.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:30, with occasional Saturdays.
- Performance bonuses plus a yearly bonus.
- Annual raise reviews. Raises follow skill, not seniority.
- A path to lead tech as we grow.
- A 6,000 sq ft, fully air-conditioned shop (yes, in South Florida).
- Hunter HawkEye alignment, Road Force Elite balancer, Auto34R tire machine, four lifts, and Autel and Snap-on scan tools.

We're a family-run custom shop in Coconut Creek, minutes from I-95 and the Turnpike. Our builds have gone to SEMA and to shows across Florida. It's a small crew, you work directly with the owner, and every car that leaves carries our name. Loose hardware and hacked wiring don't leave this shop.
